• Campaign and referral information, such as the page or social link that brought you to Voutrip.
• Trip details and contact information that you choose to send when asking about a direct tour.

How we use it

We use this information to run and improve Voutrip, measure which guides and tour links are useful, answer enquiries and arrange a requested direct tour. We do not sell personal data or use it to build advertising profiles.

GetYourGuide, Instagram and WhatsApp

Some links open third-party services. GetYourGuide processes bookings under its own privacy policy; Instagram and WhatsApp process messages under theirs. Voutrip may receive an affiliate commission and booking attribution after a GetYourGuide click, but we do not receive your payment details.

Your rights

Under applicable data-protection law, you may ask what personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to processing or ask for a portable copy. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Retention

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to answer and organise the requested service or meet legal obligations. Aggregated analytics are retained without a marketing profile tied to you.
